Michelle Holtzapple was called to the bedside to evaluate a patient with a decreased level of consciousness. Upon reading the CT scan results, Michelle saw what she thought was a bleed. At that point, Michelle called on the radiologist to help look over the images. In addition, Michelle sought out the CRNP caring for the patient. The team worked together to determine the problem. Beyond that, Michelle stayed past her shift to assure the patient received the care they needed and change in the level of care to ICU. Thank you Michelle for going above and beyond.
