Words will never be able to describe the gratefulness my family will have for Michelle for the rest of our lives.
She went above and beyond what any person could do. She cared for my uncle like he was her family during his illness. She handled herself with grace, compassion, and professionalism all wrapped into one. Her excellence is something that the Charleston VA should be proud of.
Michelle heard that my uncle had passed away and came to our side, even though she was not his nurse. She stood by our side as we made the decision to remove him from the ventilator. I know she had other patients but she made us feel like he was her only concern. This lady is really an angel.
