Michelle is exceptional, her compassion just shines in everything she does. She was the RN the night my mom was admitted and made an impression on me then with her kindness. She was on duty for my mom again a few days later. We had hard conversations with my mom about her wishes that day. So she was emotional. Michelle spent time with her that night, prayed with her and just let my mom cry on her shoulder. What an amazing human being. Thank you.
She also remembered my name and face after 6 days from the last time she saw me!
