Michelle listened, was patient, and truly cared for my mom's well-being and made sure she was present for any and all of her needs.
Michelle made my mom's experience amazingly smooth and enjoyable. Michelle listened, was patient, and truly cared for my mom's well-being and made sure she was present for any and all of her needs. Michelle was my mom's cheerleader with the big achievements (walking around the hallway, using the bathroom, sitting up, etc.) and cheered her up in the low moments/setbacks (when the pain increased and movements subsided) and always had a positive outlook on my mom's experience. Michelle was very personal and had conversations with both my mom and me. It felt as if we had known her for a long time.

I am so very thankful that Michelle was here for my mom because my mom felt safe and confident while in Michelle's care. Michelle was very prompt in giving mom her medicine, helping her when she needed assistance, listening to my mom when she was walking, and saying she needed a break. Michelle was very compassionate! She called two of mom's personal people (my sister and a close friend) to update them on how she was doing. Michelle 100% went out and beyond for my mom. She said it was what she was supposed to do, but it honestly made a world of difference having Michelle as my mom's caretaker/nurse. My mom felt as if Michelle was a daughter to her. She enjoyed the conversations Michelle had while caring/tending to my mom's needs and we were sad when Michelle left for her last shift with my mom.
