I came in with severe pain and had blood clots in my catheter. It was blocked!!! She knew what to do, the doctor came in who was great as well, and talked with Michelle. We are in luck, Michelle worked in urology and had experience with catheters. Michelle had to take out the old catheter and put a larger one in. She prepped everything first to make a quick transition. She made sure to get some numbing gel and make it as comfortable as possible. She did! Started the CBI there were some clots she had to keep coming in and clearing. Then she stayed on top of it, always right there. Her wit and humor helped to get through a painful and embarrassing procedure.
