Michelle's nomination was submitted from an unnamed Veteran volunteer. On three instances he noted the caring manner Michelle displayed. The first instance involved caring for a Veteran's blind wife during the Veteran's appointment, the second instance was her response during a code situation and then her response with Veterans who witnessed the code, and last was her sincere reaction when it was discovered that a fellow Veteran had died by suicide.
