Michelle took the time to make sure I was comfortable every time she came into the room. She offered sound advice when asked and was more than happy to ask doctors if needed. She also tried to troubleshoot to make sure I dealt with uncomfortable things as little as possible. I had two IVs in and due to IV potassium, my skin was reacting. However, she discovered by testing the IVs that the other IV was no longer working. She then removed the one that was not working, making me more comfortable.
