When I left my house in the ambulance, I was in bad shape, and my wife was very worried. On arrival at the ER I told Michelle she was worried and when my condition improved, she called her and told her that she could take her time getting to me. I received great care from all of the staff, especially her. When my wife arrived, she personally went to get her for me. My wife is my caregiver and is a nurse, and Michelle gave her great report on what they had done. Please let her know how much my wife and I appreciate the fact that she went well above what is required.
