From the second we were in Michelle's care at Labor and Delivery to the moment we transitioned to post-partum we felt as though we were being treated as family.
Her kind demeanor and thoughtfulness towards us is something I will be forever grateful for.
I honestly do not think I could have had the success in delivering my baby boy that I had without her. Michelle was definitely someone who has been trained in holistic care and because of that our experience here at Kaiser has been exceptional. Thank you for everything!
