Michelle Letourneau, RN

Words of kindness are wonderful, but acts of kindness are the top. Nurse Michelle earned the title of "the very best of the best". Her nursing skills and training are impressive, but her ability to understand my healing needs is more important. During my healing process, she explained and re-explained every process of my care. Her smile, her touch, her words, her humor, and her encouragement, were as important to my healing process as the medicine was. If she saw my tears she would comfort me, talk and humor me out of my mood. I am so fortunate as I had a nurse, caregiver, and friend on my team.
