Michelle MacDougall, RN

Michelle is the absolute embodiment of compassion. She always greets everyone with a smile and takes the time to connect with each and every patient and staff member. She recognizes and appreciates everyone for their unique qualities, knows everyone by name regardless of their position at the hospital, and goes above and beyond every single day to care for those around her. Not only is she selfless, kind, and caring, but she is skilled, knowledgeable, and seeks opportunities to expand her knowledge and skill set. It is very apparent that Michelle forms genuine connections with all of her patients, and I regularly see the impact this has on them and their recovery. Michelle is the most consistent nurse I have ever had the pleasure of working with, and she never lets her personal life impact her care. She holds herself to incredibly high standards, and her dedication shines through in everything that she does.
