We had a patient who was in a motor vehicle accident. As he was recovering he realized he was missing his glasses, likely lost in the crash. Michelle took the time in between shifts to go to the store and buy the patient a few pairs of reading glasses with her own money until he was able to get a new prescription pair of glasses. Michelle is a true example of a compassionate nurse.
