Michelle assured to us that this very low point in life was only temporary and that our little angel will be okay; just time is required. Her ambition alone helped us and our baby. She was nothing but positive. She always made sure of our wellbeing. She actually included us and let us do hands-on things with our baby. She made it very clear that she loves her job. She treated us like we were important. She truly cares about her patients and it shows. We greatly appreciate all she did for us and our little girl. Her expertise proves that nurses are just as important as doctors or any other healthcare provider. She does so much more than just take care of people. She is part teacher, part motivational speaker, and part therapist. My wife and I have deep respect for what she does and the passion she brings to her work.
