Michelle was nominated for the DAISY Award by parents of a newborn patient in the NICU: "Michelle was available to often comfort us while taking care of our baby. She had such enthusiasm for each point of progress and she motivated us to keep hanging on. We were so grateful for her."
Michele states that she loves working with babies and their families, and notes how great it is to know she has had a tiny part in some of the most trying yet incredible times of a family's life.
