Michelle was not assigned to our family member's case. Our loved one was in the process of passing. Michelle saw us in the hallway crying. She came to us, unaware of the situation, brought us tissues and comforted us. She helped us to get our loved one set up for Hospice so she could pass in the comfort of her own home. She helped the situation and our emotions. Unfortunately, our loved one passed 11 days later. We would love to thank her for helping us even without being assigned to us. This moment for us was more than difficult. However, Michelle made a difference. She showed us that good people, compassion and caring about strangers does still exist.
