Michelle was extremely helpful for a unit other than her own during a nerve-racking situation. Due to her expertise in American Sign Language, Michelle facilitated communication with a hearing impaired patient until an interpreter could be obtained. Without Michelle, I'm not sure what we would have done. Michelle greatly impacted this family with her knowledge and care. The family and unit staff will forever be thankful for her helpfulness that day.
