Michelle Mihna, RN

Michelle is an outstanding ANM to her staff. She cares so deeply about her staff members’ well-being and is always willing to help her team. She has stepped up to improve the unit's morale by always being present and a reliable resource. When issues are brought to her attention, she immediately acts on them to find a solution. She goes above and beyond to stay competent in her skills and recognizes areas for improvement. Our staff and patients are so lucky to have her on our team.
