Michelle, I may never have had the chance to tell you my heartfelt thanks for being such an awesome, compassionate RN in the care you provided to my father. You were there for some of the most intense and emotionally challenging moments that ended up being a part of the last few days of his life.
You not only cared for him but supported my mom and me as well. That kind of excellence is notable and so often found in only a few brief moments. Not so with you. It seemed you brought a 200% "A Game" every minute of every shift you were with us. Your true compassion and dedication were evident as well and truly remarkable. You were a fantastic advocate for Dad. Thanks from the bottom of our hearts. You have made a very lasting impression. We are forever grateful! Thanks also for being my nurse. It gave me a chance to thank you personally.

Michelle went over and above. She helped me with call lights, changing sheets, and stocking supplies. She is caring and compassionate with her patients. She was on top of the rapid response with the patient. She went out of her way to make a patient happy with his call light requests. She is a team player and excellent nurse. Great Job.
