Michelle Moyle, BSN, RN

Michelle's presence is heartwarming; she calms the hectic unknown, and her sincerity outshines the stressful chaos of the beeping machines. Her professionalism helped us, as first-time parents, in the PICU for a 10-plus day stay. She goes out of her way to fulfill her work duties and provides comfort to her patients and their families. She is professional, passionate, kind, and considerate and does all of these things effortlessly. She is known to her fellow staff members for her kindness and care towards her patients and their families. She speaks to our daughter with so much kindness and sincerity. She braids the kid's hair and offers toys, movies, and someone to talk to. She provided an all about me poster to encourage posting pictures for our daughter to have a visual reminder of her life, friends, family, and pets to keep her spirits up for healing encouragement. She always knew what happened, what was scheduled to happen, and what was expected in regard to our daughter's care plan. If a medication is prescribed, if labs need to be drawn, if diagnostic imaging is ordered and we have questions then she had answers. That was always an appreciated comfort knowing she is on top of our daughter's care plan with focus, interest, and professionalism.
