My daughter took me to Dermatology for a procedure. My regular doctor was not available but he handed me off to his ARPN. She reassured me I was in good hands. She took the time to explain everything to me and make me feel comfortable. She made sure I was informed the entire time and had access to everything I needed. She was constantly on the move and, to my knowledge, didn't even take a break. When we left at 5 pm, she was there with printed instructions, answered my questions, and made sure we were really all set. In all my years, I have never had a more kind and dedicated person.
