I’ve seen Michelle grow from a brand new nurse to the amazing nurse she is now. She is an amazing team player and always knows what to do when things get rough. When I see patients that have her as a primary nurse, I know, without a doubt, they are receiving the absolute best care. Not only is Michelle on top of their medical care, but she also finds time to give her patients spa-like care, while being loving and caring. Patients on our unit are usually stuck in bed and unable to clean themselves. Michelle goes out of her way to make sure they get the best baths, and she always has the best-looking patients. Families are always happy to see Michelle taking care of their loved ones. Michelle does everything for her patients with so much love - we are lucky to have her!!
