Her attentive care and loving demeanor brought this family from a place of frustration to appreciation and gratitude. She paired nursing judgment for a patient in significant respiratory distress with amazing service recovery skills to meet this family's needs and requests, as evidenced by her creative ways to bathe this child while being hooked up to oxygen. In the three consecutive shifts spent with the family, she gave everything she had to them to the point of mental exhaustion to ensure their satisfaction in the care at St. Chris!
