Thank you, Michelle, for the professional services that you provided for me while I was hospitalized at PSJMC. Your compassion, accompanied with a full understanding of my condition and my pain, your true desire to help ease this pain and make me feel comfortable, your demeanor, positive attitude, and huge smile gave me a lot of hope and assured me that I was in real good hands. I know that because I felt that way every time you came to check on me to make sure I was comfortable. I can't thank you enough for what you have done to help me go through my pain; I am sure you think that you have done nothing special because it is part of your daily job to care for your patients. But, I want you to know that your hard work and kindness were very well received by me.
