Very knowledgeable about the health concerns that I had with the pain medication, the surgery procedure, the breathing treatment, explaining the drainage tube. Just so very helpful. Answered all questions, just so helpful walking with him up and down the hall, just a great big help.

One word that describes Michelle and that is "awesome." She was so very patient with my brother. She answered all of our questions with such clarity and empathy. I spent the night with my brother and she was just as accommodating by providing me a bed. She made it so very comfortable for me. Even when the shift changed to the new nurse, she still answered all of my questions and tended to our needs. I wish I could take her home with me. Thank you.

Michelle always enters with a smile. No question is a bad question. She welcomes questions from family. She's been very attentive for my brother who can be a tough customer. She went above and beyond to satisfy him. It was a pleasure watching her work with my loved one. Thank you!
