Michelle Parent, RN

We are grateful for the patience and knowledge that Michelle shared with our family about the medications our brother was prescribed after surgery. She also explained the surgery in detail – educating us on what our brother had experienced. She offered helpful suggestions on how to make him more comfortable. She went out of her way to ensure that he felt cared for, respected, and understood. Thanks to her experience and concern, we were all more at ease in an unknown situation.
