Nurse Practitioner Peacock did an amazing job with my fiancé. He had a difficult time with his previous PCM and was feeling discouraged about getting help from the VA. He had put in a request for a change in PCM and got NP Peacock. Normally NPs do quick visits, but she took her time to go over any and all concerns he or I had. She made him feel important and that his issues mattered. She was also super down to earth and explained things in a way that we could understand. I can’t say enough great things about her! Even with her busy schedule, he intends to keep her as his PCM for as long as possible.
