Your nurse, our nurse, Michelle Phillipp, is a most wonderful member of our department and our surgical teams. She has worked very diligently to improve our processes, help control costs and improve patient care and satisfaction, as well as physician satisfaction. She remains a positive influence and truly makes our workplace a more cheerful one every day.

Her importance to the general, vascular and bariatric services cannot be overstated; she is an excellent circulating nurse, first assistant, scrub nurse, and manager. Her dedication to her profession, St. Mary Mercy, and our patients is truly exemplary. We are very fortunate to have her on our team.

I am remiss for not telling her often enough, how much I admire her and appreciate all of her hard work. She is one of the people I look forward to seeing each day when I am operating at St. Mary Mercy.
