My husband was a patient numerous times and Michelle went above and beyond to help us understand his illness and how to cope. The kindness and caring was above and beyond. She explained things to us that we could understand and was so very patient with my husband. Michelle truly exemplified what a wonderful nurse is and how the nurse puts the patient first but also includes the family in every part of the patient's care.
