Michelle was caught going into a patient's room with a light switch, wire, and some zip ties. When our CNO asked her what she was up to with those unusual supplies she explained that the patient was confused and he had been an electrician in his work life. The patient graciously took the supplies from Michelle and started explaining about wiring switches. Michelle was able to recognize what she could do to make this patient more comfortable while hospitalized.
