I was treated with compassion and care as if I were someone she truly cared about and wanted to help get better. This lovely lady daily asked if she could do anything to help and took the initiative to do something extra to let me know she cared. She is a beautiful person. When I was released, there had been a snowstorm and she knew my truck had been sitting in the parking lot. Bless her heart, she went out, started my truck, and stood out in the cold scraping snow and ice so I could just get in and drive home. While the rest of JCH personnel were professional and courteous, Michelle went above and beyond and this is the best way I know to let her know how much it was appreciated. JCH and her patients are blessed to have her. She shows great compassion for her job and her patients.
