I barely had to think about this, of course, Michelle! She is glowing with kindness, she puts her heart into her job and she’s made my stay a positive journey. The way she helps us and treats us is like she really cares to know us. I felt scared when came, but I believed everything will work out smoothly. She is an inspirational person, the kind that makes you want to be your best self, that changes something inside you that you’ll always carry. Her help and support motivated me and kept my spirits high. She is easy to talk to, and a great listener. She truly cares for the patients and makes us feel safe. Her outgoing energy and kindness can brighten up any sky. I believe she will always do her best to care for and support others. I am very lucky I got to meet her and learn from her.
