Michelle goes above and beyond in her role as the Women’s and Children’s Educator. She does so much behind the scenes to keep our units afloat. She will go out of her way to help out on the units when she has a chance, whether it be lending a hand with lactation or helping start an IV on a pediatric patient. Michelle keeps spirits light, and keeps everyone smiling during her drills, coaches us through tough situations, keeps education relevant, and helps us keep track of our certifications. We are so thankful for Michelle and all that she does!

Michelle goes above and beyond for each person on our unit. She dedicates multiple unpaid hours just to make sure we all have what we need to be prepared. She is the most thoughtful preceptor and is a blessing to all who know her.
