Michelle Rubischko, RN

Michelle took over care from another colleague. I had 2 major surgeries over the course of a few months with a few complications after each one. I found Michelle to be sensitive to the physical and emotional challenges I experienced. I came to the decision I could share with her my real challenge and ask for her opinion related to my next steps. Michelle was well-organized and presented a plan for the next visit. She always left sticky notes so I would know the next meeting, date, and time. She called before each date to let me know she was on the way. She always came and followed through. Should I have another crisis in my life requiring home health services, I will ask for Michelle. She sensitively reads the needs of her patients and invites them to tell her how they feel or what they have as a challenge. She helped me through some difficult moments, and she helped me on my journey to health.
