Michelle is exactly what every hospital needs when there is a sick child. She is a very loving and understanding human being. We never felt that Michelle was judging us or our situation. She was very honest and spoke in terms we understood. Michelle is very caring. She supported my husband and me as well as took excellent care of our son. She understood our fears and eased tension by making jokes and always smiling.
