Michelle is so kind and compassionate, we were instantly at ease by her calm nature. She saw us thru to discharge so we spent a lot of time with her and were so impressed by her attention to detail and follow up. She made sure to update the board often during the day and explain our plan and focus as it changed throughout the day. She advocated for us and worked so hard to resolve the acute issues he had on admission.
