Michelle Schwartz, RN

Michelle has a difficult job within HMC but she always handles it with grace and a smile on her face. She consistently lets other nurses know that she is only a phone call away and available to help with anything from a bed assignment issue, to near critical patients, or even to answer a simple question. I enjoy knowing Michelle is house supervisor on my scheduled days which also happen to be our largest surgery volume days. I know that she is understanding of our specialty and the standard of care we provide to our patients. Michelle’s critical care background comes in handy when I am unsure about a patient coming from surgery being placed on our unit. She is always very understanding and helpful when asked questions.
