All of the nurses were kind and caring, but Michelle went the extra mile, the extra steps. She spoke to my mom and called her by name. Each time the doctor or nurse practitioner came into our room, she would follow up with us to see if our questions were answered or if we had questions that had come up. She got us paper so we could write down our questions. She gave us tips and tricks for doing things when we are discharged home. She stopped in multiple times during the day to see how mom was and how the family was doing or if we needed anything.
