Our family member, a retired Army soldier, was fighting for his life against terrible odds as we watched helplessly. He was a long way from being safe and in and out of the ICU. We were denied a transfer to much-needed rehabilitation by the insurance company and left confused about what to do next. Michelle walked in with all the answers. She walked us through everything and held our hands. The future is bright because of Michelle.
