February 2026 Honoree
Michelle Smith 2026, BSN, RN
Michelle has been my day shift RN for the majority of my stay. She has been positive and motivating throughout my stay here at Quillen Rehab. Anytime I have needed medicine, whether it be scheduled or PRN, she has done her best to be on time and keep my pain under control.
This has made participating in all my PT and OT that much easier. She has been very encouraging with my goals, which I’ve shared with her and my team. I’ve started drawing and working on my animation since I’ve been here, and that has come a long way despite a broken right wrist.
I have met my goal of walking, and I am independent again, which feels great! Thank you for all your hard work and dedication.

Thank you, Michelle, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
