I do not think there are enough adjectives to describe the wonderful nurse and amazing person Michelle is. Michelle provides a type of care to her patients that millionaires pay for because it's that good. Her kindness and demeanor give her patients a sense of ease, comfort, and trust that not all nurses can give. The great knowledge and countless skills she has also gives her patients a sense of security and joy that is unique to her. Michelle is the type of nurse every nurse wants to be a part of during their nursing career because of her distinguished nursing skills, endless support, and understanding character. In addition to being a great nurse, Michelle is also someone you're lucky to have in your life because she gives support, love, and kindness to everyone. Michelle always makes me feel like I am in a safe space with her and encourages me to be the best nurse I can be. I hope every nurse has a Michelle in their lives because, without her, I would not be the nurse I am today. Even when I felt like I was asking silly questions, Michelle never made me feel dumb but rather empowered me to continue to ask questions and practice my skills. I feel very lucky to have had Michelle as my charge nurse and colleague. Thank you, Michelle, for always being an amazing nurse, a supportive colleague, a kind friend, and a wonderful human being.
