Michelle Spencer, RN

In my opinion, Michelle exemplifies everything a nurse should be. Upon meeting her, she immediately was reassuring, kind, and compassionate. She went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, explain what he was receiving, and ask me if I needed anything. My father has dementia, so he has been agitated at times. Michelle treated him with respect and was not forceful in any way. She has a calming demeanor, and he took her right away and was happy to see her. I could tell by the look in his eyes. Michelle made both he and I feel safe when in the hospital. The elderly feel very confused and insecure. Michelle was excellent in this capacity, and I want to commend her efforts and let you know her value to your nursing staff is a tremendous asset to this hospital. We feel blessed and lucky to have had her attending to my father. Thank you!
