Michelle Story, LPN

Michelle Story was great from the start of the shift, coming into my room with an upbeat and positive attitude and amazing smile! She knew I was having a procedure around noon, so she was aware of how hungry I was as I was NPO. She confirmed that once I was back in my room I would be able to eat so she planned and organized the day to prioritize having my meal delivered as soon as I returned. She didn’t have to do this, she didn’t have to go out of her way to focus on my mealtime but she did and this small matter was of such importance to me. Michelle Story you are truly an amazing nurse but an even better person. Thank you for all you have done for me at Waterman. Thank you all so much for the care I was provided on this floor.
