Michelle went beyond the call of duty when she provided a hot pack to a patient who was in so much pain, and the hot pack helped a lot. Nurse Michelle tidied up the patient's room and provided clean sheets and a pad of clean underwear. Her smile and caring are much appreciated. Her attention to our needs and compassionate care made us proud to be a Kaiser member.

We appreciated that she examined the patient and the room and made sure the room was tidy and had the supplies that we needed to be comfortable. I have visited many patients and interacted with their caregivers- Nurse Michelle is 5 stars.
She took the time to explain the medications and their side effects, put down the time of the patient’s next medicine time- and went above and beyond to get what her patients needed. She asked family visitors if we needed anything- she made me feel welcome and valued. She explained what was going on when the patient asked over and over again, and she repeated the information with a smile as if she had explained it for the 1st time. She had so much patience. She loves what she does and so humble. She made her job so fun.
