I was recently told by my doctor that I needed to learn straight line catheterization as I no longer have the ability to pass urine on my own. Difficult news for me to handle.
With Michelle's kind and gentle guidance, I now feel confident and empowered to handle this process many times a day to ensure a normal lifestyle again.
It is not often you encounter such a caring compassionate nurse as Michelle. She is special. Sometimes angels walk amongst us. She is one of them!!
