I had surgery at your Outpatient Center. My prep nurse was amazing.
She was personable and fun to talk to. She kept me laughing and engaged.
She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. As soon as I mentioned my fear of the IV in my hand, she asked to have another nurse who is “the expert” handle it. She did a great job with minimal pain. I still wish you had a cold spray to use before the IV was placed.
I ran into her a week later in the lobby. I told her the issues I had post-op from the intubation and what had been done. She followed up with the charge nurse and I received a call to see how they could help.
I would like to thank her for making a stressful day a bit better for me.
