I would like to compliment and recommend Nurse Michelle Thomas from the Pulmonary Department for her sincere concern for Veterans welfare and her dedication to service said patients. Nurse Thomas ensured that I received uninterrupted medical care during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond. She made sure that I got all medications and supplies in a timely manner. She also ensured that I got my COVID-19 vaccine and that I kept up to date on the CPAP machine recall situation. She is an asset to the VA!
