Michelle is a definite role model in the Emergency Department. The ED is very fast paced, and Michelle handles every situation professionally and compassionately. She is able to adjust to the changing environment of patients and volume all while maintaining a positive attitude.
She is always focused on what is best for every patient who presents in the ED and maintains a sense of calm in every situation. She often functions in the charge nurse role, leading her co-workers through the daily challenges, as well as communicating with the physicians to keep them current with what the patients may need.
