Michelle is a wonderful and true nurse through and through. I’m so grateful to have met her during such a difficult time and she is truly an asset to JSUMC. She is such a talented nurse. My baby is very hard to take blood from and place IVs but Michelle was able to take blood while she was sleeping and my daughter didn’t even flinch. I was grateful that she didn’t have to endure more pain after everything that she went through. Michelle took the time to listen to me, she answered every question I had and treated me so kindly. She made me feel comforted and heard during a very hard time and she was open to listening to me and advocating for my daughter. I'm grateful for her knowledge when we needed it the most. She went above and beyond for us. Thank you for everything! You truly touched our family and made a difference and we appreciate you so much!
