Michelle took care of ML, who had been admitted to Queen's Hospital for what was diagnosed as heart failure.
Michelle had a very warm, outgoing approach to ML but that was only one of her outstanding qualities. She patiently explained all the intricacies of the human heart and how each interconnected with the other -- all in total layman's terms using handouts supplied by Queen's and her own diagrams which she drew on the paper. Her discharge instructions of what to do upon discharge from Queen's were complete and easy to understand - again all in layman's language.
P is 84 and ML is 82 and we have experienced a lifetime of periodic exposure to doctors and nurses and we have never experienced anyone (doctor or nurse) even close to being as good as Michelle. If Queen's could only clone Michelle!!
