Michelle is a very caring, knowledgeable, helpful nurse, and nurse role model. She has been a nurse for a very long time, yet she is still very passionate about the nursing field. Most of the nurses in our unit will agree with me regarding Michelle. I work both day and night shift and can proudly say that I love to follow this nurse and work alongside her.
There have been many situations working alongside Michelle when she has stepped up and helped me out. She does this with a smile on her face. One day I was super busy and the PCT I was working with was also super busy. Our patient needed to be cleaned up right away. Michelle got wind of this situation and stopped what she was doing and immediately went to clean up our patient. By the time we were able to attend to our patient, she had already finished the job. The family was so happy.
I can go to her anytime for help and advice and she is right there to assist. She is ready, willing, and able. As a night shift nurse, it is always a plus to follow her, as she never rushes through report. She is always very thorough and 99.9% of the time all of day shift tasks are completed. There is never a hit or miss when it comes to her nursing work and care.
Michelle is consistent, smart, funny, nice, and takes pride in her work. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, and all the while keeps a smile on her face and warmth in her heart. The families and staff love her. She is one of the best nurses we have at Vibra, thank you Michelle.
